Olga Murova, an associate professor within the Department of Agricultural & Applied Economics,
joined the Texas Tech faculty in 2005. Her research focuses on the areas of efficiency
of agricultural production, sustainable rural development, international development,
and agribusiness. She currently teaches computers in agricultural sciences and statistical
methods in agricultural research classes.
Her doctorate in agricultural and applied economics (2000) and a MABM (1996) are both from Mississippi State University. Her bachelor's and master's degrees
in civil engineering are from the Ukraine.
