Parking and Transportation

The parking lot for Innovation Hub is free for all event participants. No permits are required.

Shuttle service by Lubbock Citibus will run from the Overton Hotel to the Innovation Hub every 15-20 minute from 7:30am to 9:30am on the event date.

Accommodations

A limited number of rooms at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center have been reserved at $165/night. Use the link provided here to receive the discounted rate or call 806-776-7000 for reservations. Be sure to ask for the Regional Poster Competition to receive the special rate.

The rate is available until August 1st.

Instructions for Presenters

Sound bites:
Presenters are allotted 3-4 min for their sound bites. Please prepare a 3-min presentation that has no more than 4 slides.

Posters:
Presenters should set up their poster during the lunch break. The size of the poster board is 4'x8'.
