Aubrey M. Brockman, PE, is an Associate and Practice Builder at Kimley-Horn & Associates. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2011 with a bachelor's in Civil Engineering and has spent her career working on a variety of land development projects including single-family, healthcare, resorts, and manufacturing to name a few. Aubrey leads the development services practice for West Texas and works with clients across the state to find creative ways to make their projects possible through alternative real estate financing methods.

Aubrey grew up in Lubbock where she dreamed of being a Spice Girl. After coming to terms with the reality of her career trajectory, she pursued civil engineering and moved to Houston after graduation where she spent almost a decade working with a land development team specializing in single-family.  The Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering Academy inducted Aubrey in 2022 and she currently serves as the Chair of the CECE Advisory Council. Aubrey loves working with Texas Tech to help provide opportunities for the next generation. She also serves on the Wolfforth TIRZ Board and the Lubbock Lemonade Board. Throughout the year, you can find her in schools getting younger students excited about engineering.

Aubrey lives in Lubbock with her husband Kyle, also a civil engineer at Kimley-Horn, their daughter Meredith, and a small menagerie of dogs. She is an aspiring gingerbread architect, loves vintage drinkware, and has no plans to train for a marathon in the future.
