Dual MD/E. (Joint degree in collaboration with TTUHSC and TTU)
TTU will accept 6 hours earned for the MD toward the completion of an MS Bioengineering as mutually agreed upon by TTU and TTUHSC. TTUHSC SOM will not accept transfer credits in this program.
Difference from MS Bio-engineering program is 6 credits is being transferred from TTUHSC.
Remaining 24 credits must be taken at TTU. 12 credits of core and math requirements. Remaining 12 will be 6 elective credits (2 courses) and 6 research for Thesis Option and 12 elective credits (4 courses including ENGR 6330 Master Report Course) for non-thesis option.
MD/E students primarily take the Engineering Classes during Summer semesters.
