The Terracon Foundation awarded a Student Scholarship fund that would be granted to a student with a specialization in Civil Engineering.
The Terracon Foundation awarded Texas Tech University's Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering $50,000 for a student scholarship fund.
Terracon is an engineering consulting firm owned by Erin Loyd. He says, "We feel like our obligation as civil engineers in the community is to give back and ensure we have really good communities in the future."
