What is the required English level?

The requirement is an A2 level, which is basic intermediate. 

What is the level of technical expertise required?

It depends on the course. Check the specific course program you want to take for more details.

What is the minimum size of each class?

The minimum class size for all courses is 20 participants, with a maximum of 40. If the class does not meet the minimum, it will not take place.
