Emma is from Round Rock, Texas. Her major is Human Development and Family Science on the pre-OT track. Emma has a true passion for working with kids and wants to focus on helping those with developmental disabilities. She chose Tech because of the many welcoming personalities she met on her tour. When she started at Tech, she had no idea HDFS was a major, but she has loved it ever since hearing about it. Emma loves the unique combination this major has to offer. She wants to incorporate her knowledge of family relationships to provide a holistic approach to therapy. As an ambassador, she hopes to spread awareness of this fantastic major many people do not know about.
