Lizbeth is a junior in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry. She aspires to become a medical doctor specializing in Pediatric Oncology. Through research with the PARA lab, she hopes to learn how childhood adversities impact one's resilience throughout adulthood. Furthermore, she is interested in exploring how childhood adversities may impact treatment provided by health professionals. Motivated to join the PARA Lab, she hopes to explore deeper meanings of the sociocultural and psychological contexts on individuals over lifespan and translate research into medical practice.
