Tourism Administration Online Certificate

In just four courses, this certificate option allows students to specialize in the travel and tourism industry of hospitality. Courses encompass content from overall aspects of tourism. Content areas include geotourism, niche areas of tourism, travel and destination management, wine tourism, and club and resort management. This certificate is a great option to pair with a degree in hospitality and travel.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (www.bls.gov), the median annual wage for lodging and tourism managers was $59,430 in 2021.
Students will take courses in:
- RHIM 3355 - Club and Resort Management
- RHIM 3350 - Geotourism
- RHIM 4350 - Wine Tourism
- RHIM 4314 - Travel and Destination Management and Marketing
