Holli has been a registered dietitian focusing on health and wellness for over 20 years.  She is currently an Associate Professor of Practice and serves as the Associate Chair for the Nutritional Sciences Department at Texas Tech University, enjoying the challenges and rewards that accompany both graduate and undergraduate education. With a passion for seeing health and healing through food, Holli also continues to provide nutritional counseling for a variety of health conditions, weight management or simply for those seeking a healthier lifestyle as an outpatient dietitian. Prior to her outpatient career, Holli gained experience as a community, consulting, and clinical dietitian spanning a variety of specialty areas.
