A flexible, asynchronous online program designed for healthcare professionals and pre-health students seeking advanced expertise in obesity, metabolism, chronic disease, and public health nutrition. Strengthen clinical knowledge or enhance your professional school application.

100% Online MS: Nutrition and Dietetics (NTDT)

A flexible, practice-driven asynchronous online program designed for students with a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) verification statement entering an internship or for current Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) seeking to strengthen clinical expertise and expand professional opportunities. Courses are taught primarily by practicing clinicians, delivering real-world, evidence-based training.

On-Campus MS in Nutritional Sciences (NTSC)

A research-focused, on-campus program known for its strengths in obesity and metabolic disease. Train alongside internationally recognized faculty in areas of clinical, community, and basic science research to prepare for PhD programs, professional schools, government programs, or research careers.

PhD in Nutritional Sciences (NTSC)

Performance Nutrition

Focused on the science and practice of obesity and weight management, this concentration prepares students to develop effective, evidence-based practice decisions across care settings.
