Mrs. Gandy has over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. She is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian. Her experience has been in clinical nutrition, long-term care nutrition, weight management, cardiac and diabetes care, and corporate wellness. She has been named Young Dietitian of The Year in 2011 from the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She joined the Texas Tech Faculty in 2022 and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Practice and the Undergraduate Program Director.
