Melissa Francis
Hello, my name is Melissa Francis. I have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Education in School Counseling from Texas Tech University. I have been an educator in public schools for 20 years. I taught in a traditional classroom for 17 years, and I currently hold a position as an elementary school counselor. I am so excited to be working with Texas Tech K-12 teaching the gifted/talented (GT) curriculum. Every child is different and unique, and I am passionate about helping every student to learn and grow. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, watching my children play sports, outdoor adventures and reading. I look forward to having you in my class!
