Proof of Texas Residency

 

You must provide one of the following that includes your name or your parent/guardian’s name AND includes a Texas residential address:

• Current deed 

  Current lease or mortgage statement

• Current lease or mortgage statement 

•  

  Current utility bill (gas, water, internet, or electric – Disconnect Notices will not be accepted)

•  

  Current documents issued by the U.S. military or the Veterans Administration indicating residential address 

•  

  Letter of Texas residency issued by the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD)
