If you’re ready to get out and enjoy the outdoors, you still have time to participate in the TTU K-12 Academic Camp scheduled for July 11-14, 2021 at the Texas Tech University Outdoor Learning School at Junction.

*TTU K-12 and Junction staff will be following all local, state and national COVID-19 protocols for health and safety.*

The camp cost will be $550 per student and includes the following:

  • Room accommodations and meals
  • Curriculum courses:
    • Astronomy
    • Aquatic biology river study
    • Kayaking
    • Buoyancy/density study – cardboard boat building
    • Quail necropsy
    • Night predation/night hike
  • A field trip to the Sonora Caverns
  • A nightly s’mores campfire
