Thirty Years of Graduates

In the 30 years TTU K-12 has existed, the school has graduated 5,583 students. The first ones who started in 1994 graduated in 1998. TTU K-12 was originally approved as TTUISD in 1993 by the Texas Legislature as a special purpose district.

TTU K-12 students work at their own pace and often finish the graduation requirements throughout the traditional school year. Over the course of the 2023-2024 school year, 124 students completed Texas Tech High School.

The 2023-2024 graduates come from five U.S. states – Colorado, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Texas (84) and Vermont; and five foreign countries – Brazil (30), Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico (3) and Morocco.

The highest GPA in this year’s graduating class is 4.73 and there are 15 students with a 4.0 GPA or higher. The average GPA is 3.39.
