Raider Success Hub: Training Opportunities

With the launch of Raider Success Hub (RSH) right around the corner, we are excited to announce the variety of training opportunities and modalities available. These tools and resources will help users successfully learn how to use Raider Success Hub and leverage its powerful capabilities. 
 

Raider Success Hub Training

Asynchronous Training

RR360 Trails, our asynchronous learning platform, will launch in January and provide users an interactive, self-paced learning experience. These trails will allow Raider Success Hub users to learn more about navigating RSH and Salesforce.

Current Strive/Starfish users will automatically be given access to RR360 Trails in early January. Be on the lookout for detailed instructions on how to access this platform via email.

If you are not a current Strive/Starfish user, you may request early access to RR360 Trails via this form beginning Jan. 9, 2023. Note: The form will not open until the date mentioned above.
 

Synchronous Training

Instructor-led training registration is open now via Cornerstone. This hands-on, customized training will be offered both virtually and in-person throughout January and February. Register today using the button below.
