Raider Success Hub Launching Feb. 13

A new era of student success at Texas Tech University launches on Monday, Feb. 13 when Raider Success Hub will officially launch for the campus community.

What is Raider Success Hub?

Raider Success Hub is an online platform that will enhance the educational experience at Texas Tech University by connecting academic success staff with students at the moment they need help – removing barriers to when, where and how connections occur.

This 360° approach to student success is a powerful tool in our student success toolbox that will empower our student support staff and faculty to better support students at each step of their journey. Raider Success Hub will strengthen communication between staff, faculty and students by offering multi-channel messaging to reach students at the right time.

Students will be able to

  • Schedule appointments with their success team.
  • Chat with success team members.
  • View holds, alerts and reminders.
  • Manage appointments and view class schedule.
  • Complete tasks related to success plans.
  • Explore majors, minors and careers.
  • Have access to student resources in one place: billing, financial aid, career services, registration, wellness and more.

Staff and faculty will be able to

  • Increase targeted interventions.
  • Provide tailored academic student support.
  • View assigned advising population and student information such as attendance, holds, GPA, and FERPA information.
  • Track student departures and re-engagements.
  • Access powerful reporting tools and metrics to help assess student success.
