Mr. Jeffrey Allen is a attorney and partner in the Oil & Gas section of Kelly, Hart, and Hallman, LLP, in Mildand, Texas. He has over fifteen years experience in renewable energy matters including wind energy, solar energy, and energy storage transactions. He utilizes his experience as a practicing attorney to provide guidance related to understanding the complexities of the law as it relates to renewable energy development including the drafting, preparation, and review of the fundamental underlying documents, identifying and addressing potential liabilities, and navigating the interconnection process. He has been with the Renewable Energy Program since 2022.
