What kinds of activities would I be doing as a Transfer Ambassador?

Transfer Ambassadors get to do fun and intentional planning and relationship building. They assist with planning and implementing Transfer Connection meetup events, plan Transfer Welcome Week events, present on the Transfer Connection program and events, table at various campus-wide resource fairs and Red Raider Orientation, offer support and answer questions via phone and email, and work as a Mentor Tech Peer Mentor to provide growth opportunities to transfer students throughout the academic year.

What if I want to work as a Transfer Ambassador for the summer?

We prefer Transfer Ambassadors that can work summer hours! During the summer, Transfer Ambassadors will give presentations and table at orientation sessions, offer summer peer mentorship, and contact incoming transfer students by phone and email.

Who else would I work with as a part of the Transfer Ambassador team?

As a Transfer Ambassador, you also work in multiple areas. First, you will be a part of Mentor Tech as a Peer Mentor.
