The following list of resources highlight organizations that provide helpful information and support to those living with dementia, their loved ones, and caregivers.

Alzheimer's Association: Browse information, tools, and resources for understanding life and caregiving with Alzheimer's and dementia.
Alzheimer's Association West Texas: Serving Amarillo, El Paso, Lubbock, Permian Basin, San Angelo and surrounding communities, the Alzheimers Association West Texas Chapter is here to help. Through the generous support of donors, volunteers and staff, we provide education and care and support services to all those facing Alzheimers and other dementias at no charge to individuals and families living with the disease, care partners, and clinicians.

Alzheimer's Foundation of America: Provides support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimers disease and related dementias nationwide, and funds research for better treatment and a cure.

Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration: AFTDs mission is to improve the quality of life of people affected by FTD and drive research to a cure.

Dementia Society of America: Our programs bring much-needed education, local resources, and life enrichment to individuals and families impacted by Dementia.

Garrison Institute on Aging: Our mission is to promote healthy aging and address health issues in the aging population through translational research, innovative educational activities, and community outreach programs.
Care Partner Academy Workshop: The Care Partner Academy Workshop, through the Garrison Institute, is designed to assist care partners in their role in meeting the needs of their loved one.

Lewy Body Dementia Association: (LBDA) is the leading national organization dedicated to improving the lives of those living with Lewy body dementia (LBD), the second most common form of neurodegenerative dementia affecting approximately 1.4 million people in the United States alone.

National Institute on Aging: Learn more about the disease, including diagnosis and treatment, and find tips and resources for caregivers and people living with dementia.
Additional National Institute on Aging Resources:
- Alzheimer's.gov: An official website of the U.S. government, managed by the National Institute on Aging at the National Institutes of Health.
- Alzheimer's and Related Dementias Education and Referral Center (ADEAR): Provides evidence-based information to people living with Alzheimers and related dementias and their families, health care professionals, and the general public.
- Alzheimers Caregiving Find tips for responding to changes in communication and behavior, providing everyday care, and finding help when needed.

Parkinson's Foundation: The Parkinsons Foundation makes life better for people with Parkinsons disease (PD) by improving care and advancing research toward a cure. In everything we do, we build on the energy, experience and passion of our global Parkinsons community.

World Health Organization Dementia Resources: WHO recognizes dementia as a public health priority. Learn more about their plan to provide a comprehensive blueprint for action – for policy-makers, international, regional and national partners.
