TSI HOLD
Once the advisor reviews the developmental plan and completion responsibilities with the student, the student needs to be told the appropriate TSI course and CRN that pairs with the required English/Math course on the degree plan. Then, the student must enroll in the required TSI course after meeting with their college advisor. A TSI note will be put in RSH.  Students will be force added into TSI coursework if they fail to register themselves.

Monitor Developmental Course Completion
Passing the developmental course will complete the TSI requirement.  While students are enrolled in the developmental course, holds will be reapplied after the first three weeks of the semester.  The TSI office will lift holds a week before registration opens to allow for enrollment in the next term's courses. If the developmental course is not passed, the student must meet with their advisor to make a plan to complete to become TSI compliant.  A second TSI note will be put in RSH, and a TSI hold will be reapplied for the following semester.

Note:  Beginning Summer 2024 students who have tested TSI compliant or are exempt from TSI testing, may still enroll in an appropriate math support course if a student feels uncomfortable succeeding in a math course alone and/or would like extra support. TSI students who do not pass the freshman math and English courses with a D or higher and/or pass the TSI course with a C or higher will be required to retake the core academic course and the TSI Co-Requisite course in subsequent semesters.
