Faculty Grievance Panel

Charge:

The Faculty Grievance Panel is to hear grievances of faculty members, except those grievances related to tenure or termination, and to advise the president on the disposition of those grievances.

Appointment:

Elected for two-year alternating terms. 

Operating Procedures:

Operating procedures of the Faculty Grievance Panel will be as set forth in the instructions that govern the establishment of the Faculty Grievance Panel (OP 32.05).

Chairperson:

By a majority vote of the panel, one of its members will be elected to serve as chairperson. The term of the chairperson will be one year.
