Kiersten serves as the Sales Manager at Raider Red Meats and has a background in animal science, earning her degrees from Clarendon College and Texas Tech University. She previously worked as a Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Supervisor at Cargill and taught food science at Lockney High School. Kiersten and her husband, Brett, who also graduated from Texas Tech, have a 3-year-old daughter, Kennedy, and they run a small show pig operation while mentoring college students through various ministries.
