Zach, originally from Clovis, California, developed a passion for agriculture through 4-H and FFA, ultimately earning state and national accolades in Meat Judging while attending Texas Tech University. After leading the National Champion Meat Judging Team at Clarendon College, he transitioned to a role at Cargill before returning to Texas Tech as the Unit Manager of the Raider Red Meat Lab. In addition to running his own company, he has served as the Marketing Coordinator for Masked Rider Capital, emphasizing innovation and digital strategy while staying actively engaged with Texas Tech through various alumni initiatives.
