Joseph, with a background in Horticulture and Urban Development, earned a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University, where he served as President of the Student American Society of Landscape Architects and received the Next Olmstead Influence Award. He later held the position of Director of Operations in the U.S. House of Representatives and currently manages operations for Congressman Tony Gonzales, overseeing a district that spans from El Paso to San Antonio. Through his work, Joseph actively engages with agricultural stakeholders to make a positive impact on the lives of West and South Texans.
