Alexandra is a second-year doctoral student at The Ohio State University, pursuing a fully funded Ph.D. in Agricultural Communication, Education, and Leadership with a focus on Community Leadership. A second-generation American and first-generation college student from a South Texas border town, she holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Agricultural Education from Texas Tech University. This past summer, she interned with StandardAero in Ohio on their Learning and Development team, where she worked to build sustainable rural communities that connect people with agriculture and advocate for the agricultural industry.
