Raised in a small ranching town in western Colorado, Madison grew up showing hogs and cattle, earning state champion titles and high honors in livestock judging. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Animal Science and a minor in Chemistry, later completing her master's research on reproductive efficiency in beef cattle. Now a Beef Territory Manager with Merck Animal Health, Madison has increased her territory by 40% in three years while also judging livestock shows across the western U.S. to invest in future agricultural leaders.
