30 Under 30 Nominations
The measure of a college's distinction and influence depends greatly upon the achievements of its alumni and the positions they attain in their respective communities and fields of endeavor. To recognize some of the most impactful young alumni of Texas Tech University's Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources, the Davis College 30 Under 30 program was established.
Purpose & Philosophy
The 30 Under 30 program celebrates 30 outstanding alumni under the age of 30 who are making a meaningful impact in the fields of agriculture, landscape architecture, and natural resources. These individuals are innovators, leaders, and changemakers — blazing trails and elevating their industries while staying rooted in the values of Davis College.
Recognition
Honorees will be celebrated in two official Davis College events:
- A formal recognition ceremony, with one guest invited to attend alongside each honoree.
- Honorees will be recognized at the Davis College Annual Homecoming Breakfast.
Honorees will also be featured in Davis College communications, publications, and digital platforms. Opportunities for student engagement and alumni storytelling may follow throughout the year.
Selection Process
A committee composed of Davis College faculty, staff, and alumni will review and evaluate each nomination. Honorees will be selected based on their contributions to their industry, alignment with Davis College values, and potential for continued impact.
