The A. F. and Kathleen Wischkaemper Scholarship was established in 2006 by Mike and Mary Wischkaemper, in memory of Mike’s parents. The scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students of any classification majoring in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics.

Mike Wischkaemer graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics in 1973.
