Tom C. Barnsley Foundation Scholarship Endowment was established by the Tom C. Barnsley Foundation in 1982. This scholarship is for entering freshmen majoring in the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources who demonstrate academic excellence. Recipients must maintain good academic standing.
