Lockett Foundation Scholarship

The Lockett Foundation Scholarship was established in 1996 by The Lockett Foundation of Vernon, Texas, to benefit any major in the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need. The Foundation wans good students to be able to attend Texas Tech University that otherwise could not afford to experience the TTU experience.
