W. R. McMullan Scholarship

The W.R. McMullan Scholarship Fund was established in 1986 by friends and former students of W. R. "Billy Bob" McMullan. The scholarship recipient must be a graduate of Snyder High School and a major in the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources.

Billy Bob graduated from Texas Tech University in 1951 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education. He was a vocational-agriculture teacher at Snyder High School, Snyder, Texas for 35 years. He and his wife Jo had four children- Jessica, Janis, Shelly, and Latrix. Jo passed away in 2004.
