On October 6th & 7th, Davis College students and ag industry leaders have the opportunity to come together on the Texas Tech University campus to collaborate, network, and work through solutions to real-world problems. Through our Industry Innovation Challenge and the Davis College Career Fair, we're creating relationships and raising the bar on what industry and academia can accomplish together.
The Industry Innovation Challenge is a one-day sprint where students tackle real-world challenges, working with industry mentors to develop innovative, market-informed solutions. Student teams present their ideas to judges, with each winning team member receiving a Davis College Scholarship.

Engage with students as they tackle real-world challenges pitched by industry partners,
guided by expert mentors every step of the way! Teams present their innovative solutions
in a high-energy competition, with winners earning scholarships and exciting commercialization
opportunities.

7:45 - Arrival, check-in, and free breakfast
8:15 - Welcome
8:45 - Industry partner intros & pitches
9:20 - Workshop, team formation, mentor-led teamwork, customer visits, and free lunch
2:50 - Team Pitch Competition
3:40 - Awards & Closing
