Moseley received his undergraduate degree in 1973 focusing on range and wildlife management.
"We're deeply committed to advancing range conservation, and the department is proud to have such an accomplished graduate receive our Outstanding Alumnus Award," said Philip Gipson, chairman of the Tech's Department of Natural Resources Management.
Seminar Scheduled. A reception for Moseley will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday (May 1) in Room 115 of the Plant Science Building. Moseley is then scheduled to present a seminar titled "Being Red: My career with the Natural Resources Conservation Service and How My Education at Texas Tech Prepared Me for It" at 3 p.m. in Room 101 of Goddard Hall.
A native of Rochelle, Moseley is currently based in Boerne and serves as a range conservationist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service's Grazing Lands Conservation Initiative.
