An early Spring came to life with the whine of circular saws, pounding hammers and the beep, beep, beep of concrete mixers backing up to unload their weighty haul. The work was part of a new project aimed at upgrading uneven sidewalks and disabled entry access areas on the east side of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources' Goddard Building.
