PSS’s Plowman inducted into American Institute of Floral Designers

Russ Plowman, an instructor of horticulture with Texas Tech University's Department of Plant and Soil Science, has been recognized by the American Institute of Floral Designers as a recipient of its Accredited in Floral Design Designation and has been inducted into the American Institute of Floral Designers.
The honor was present during a special ceremony that took place on Tuesday (July 11) at the AIFD's 2019 Symposium 'Awaken' in Las Vegas. The non-profit education association is dedicated to the advancement of professional floral design through education and leadership. An AIFD accredited membership is regarded as a high honor in the floral industry. The organization has some 1,500 members worldwide.
