Friends and alumni from across the Texas Tech campus and the region were on hand Saturday (Oct. 22) for the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources' 61st Annual Homecoming Breakfast held in Tech's Student Union Building. Hosted in the Matador Room & Lounge on the second floor, the event drew more than 250 participants. “A college tradition since 1961, Davis College's Homecoming Breakfast gives our friends, faculty and staff an opportunity to enjoy food, fellowship, student club and organization booths and more,” said Davis College Interim Dean Cindy Akers. Among the morning's speakers were Texas Tech President Lawrence Schovanec.
