Davis College’s Student Success Center is set to launch their annual ‘Winter Welcome
& Queso Cook-off’ on Thursday (Jan. 19) at the Animal & Food Sciences Livestock Arena. The Queso Cook-off begins at 5:30
p.m. Teams must be in Davis College to compete.
Another of the evening’s highlights will be the Mr. Davis Contest, hosted by the Ag
Council, said Madi Nall, Davis College’s Administrator for Scholarships. Participants must be representing
a Davis College club/organization. Ladies only clubs/orgs can nominate a male representative
to compete on their behalf. Contestants will be competing in interview, talent, and
western wear.
“Contact your club or organization’s Ag Council representative for information on
how to compete in the Mr. Davis Pageant and cook-off,” Nall said.
