Francis Okafor, originally from Enugu, Nigeria, came to the Office of the Dean of Students in January of 2023. After getting his master's in social work, Francis was a Social Work Intern at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and then started his role as Program Manager with the Dean of Students.
