Some portions of the required student work are expected to be done satisfactorily. These items do not add to the overall grade but subtract from the grade if they are not done satisfactorily. The specific formula for calculating the final grade is:

• 10 % Professional Service
• 20 % Weekly Presentations
• 15 % Final Presentations
• 25 % Written Reports
• 30 % Advisor Presentations
• 100% Total
• -5 % Project Notebook
• -10 % Other Material
• -10% Failure to upload final report on Blackboard
• -5% per week for failure to attend and be attentive in lab meetings
• -5% per week for failure to hand-in (signed in addition for ECE 4333 and 4334) weekly reports

A GRADE OF F WILL BE GIVEN IF THE STUDENT'S ECE STOCKROOM FOLDER HAS NOT BEEN CLEARED! (See ECE Stockroom Policies)
