About
Barry McCool, Ph.D. is a Professor Emeritus at Texas Tech. His research and publications focus on the reducing the risks of cancer/obesity and crisis management in the hospitality industries. He teaches Purchasing for Hospitality at the undergraduate level and Strategic Management and Operational Management at the graduate level. Dr. McCool has established research opportunities within the military community, including Ft. Bliss, Texas and Cannon AFB, New Mexico to reduce childhood obesity in military children through the use of technology.
