Michael Clintsman was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He studied at Texas Tech and while in college Michael worked in and learned about the hospitality industry.

Michael opened BarPM in 2007 with his wife Page Clintsman. BarPM just celebrated their 17th anniversary. In 2012 they opened Local Bar & Grill. After 12 strong years…Local was recently rebranded to Wrecked Burgers & Brews which is currently open and thriving. In 2019, they opened Atomic Pizza Kitchen. Atomic is a New York style brick oven concept.

They currently own three of the closest restaurants & bars to the main entrance to our great Texas Tech campus.
