Opened Colosseum Bistro in Columbia, MO as sous chef and promoted to Executive Chef
Worked as Chef Tournant for Lodge Of Four Seasons Resort with three restaurants on property and trained under former Hawaii Chef of the year for banquet functions.

Manager of Purchasing Overton Hotel Lubbock, Texas
