Stephen LoCascio is one of the few born and raised in Lubbock, TX and received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in Human Development & Family Studies and minor in Addictive Disorders & Recovery Studies. While at Texas Tech he was a Human Science Recruiter for two years where he served as Vice President and Recruiter of the Year in his senior year. 

Throughout college Stephen worked in the service industry where he learned he had a natural act for hospitality. He was General Manager for 8 years of two college bars on Broadway. When he left that specific scene, he opened a Restaurant and Bar of his own. The vision was to have elevated hand craft cocktails with fresh ingredients in every way. 

Stephen is a proud father of Cohen and Aven LoCascio and when they got older, he made the decision to take a sidestep in his career and become a Sales Representative for distributors. He is currently the Lubbock Area Sales Rep for Favorite Brands. They specialize in hand crafted beer, small batch wineries and boutique spirits.
