This event will feature a live culinary demonstration by Chef Samir, Founding Partner of Nick and Sam's Steakhouse, including a copy and signing of his recent book, “Raising the Steaks”, a culinary medicine presentation by Dr. Allison Childress, and a joint panel discussion.
