Samantha Dillard was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, and always knew she would be a Red Raider. She earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Texas Tech University. 

With more than a decade of experience in marketing and communications, Samantha has built a career on blending creativity with strategy. She has developed campaigns that highlight the unique opportunities available to students and families, designed materials that strengthen brand identity, and crafted content that inspires trust and connection. Her expertise spans digital engagement, storytelling, and community outreach, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how to connect families with the resources they need to thrive.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children and three dogs. Whether traveling, cheering on their favorite teams, or exploring the outdoors, she values time with her family most of all.
