Keetha Chadwick, M.Ed.

Director of Assessment and Accountability

Keetha Chadwick serves as the Director of Assessment and Accountability for Texas Tech K-12. She earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Texas A&M University and later obtained her master’s degree in educational leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Prior to joining Texas Tech K-12, Keetha served in several roles in public education, including classroom teacher, interventionist, and assistant principal. She began her journey with Texas Tech K-12 in 2024 as an assistant principal for the Adult Learning Program before transitioning into her current role. In her position as Director of Assessment and Accountability, she leverages her expertise in systems development and cross-departmental collaboration to help ensure compliance with Texas Education Agency requirements while maintaining a strong student-centered focus.

Keetha and her husband are the proud parents of two wonderful children. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
