Marissa is the associate director of technology support for Texas Tech K-12, where she oversees the student information system and learning management system. She provides day-to-day operational support and technical assistance for staff, students and parents. Marissa also collaborates with colleagues to develop and refine goals, processes and policies.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in technology management and a Master of Education in educational technology, both from Texas A&M University. Over the past nine years, Marissa has worked in education with a focus on information technology, supporting teachers and students through both technical assistance and instructional technology. She is dedicated to ensuring the Texas Tech K-12 community has the tools and support needed to thrive in a technology-driven learning environment.

Outside of work, Marissa enjoys spending time with her family, especially on the golf course or traveling together on trips and cruises. In her downtime, she loves to relax with a good book.
