Flexible Curriculum Options

Asynchronous Enrollment:

Students can enroll in courses and Credit by Exams (CBEs) year-round, without enrollment deadlines, making it easy to:

• Stay on track to graduate on time or early.
• Recover credits from failed courses.
• Earn credits during the summer.
• Access courses not offered at your school.
• Test out of subjects through CBEs.

Turnkey Full-Time Program for At-Risk Students:

Recommend our online high school diploma program to students struggling in traditional settings. Students transfer to Texas Tech K-12 to complete courses at their own pace, all while being counted as transfers—not dropouts—on district records.

We offer convenient tear-off pads listing our courses and CBEs, perfect for handing out to students who may need our services.

Institutional Pricing

Our pricing is designed to be straightforward for school districts:

• Courses⁽¹⁾: $300
• Online Credit by Exam⁽¹⁾: $80
• District-Proctored Online Credit by Exam: $30
• Print Credit by Exam: $30

District partners receive a 15% discount for online courses.

(1) Includes online proctoring.

Payment Policy:

Texas Tech K-12 only accepts payments from schools in the form of purchase orders, credit cards, or checks.

• Payments and completed forms must be received before an order is processed.
• All CBE fees are non-refundable. Print CBEs may be substituted.

School Counselor Tools

Track Student Progress:

• Easily monitor students’ progress and grades by requesting an External School Counselor account.

To set up your account, email ttuk12@ttu.edu with:

• First, middle (if applicable) and last name.
• School and district names.
• School address and work phone number.
• Institutional and counselor office email addresses.

Institutional Testing Services

• Streamlined Ordering:
  • School districts ordering for multiple campuses can request bundled test delivery using separate Test Summary Forms for each campus.
• Prompt Grading:
  • Exams are graded within five business days, with grade sheets sent weekly to both students and schools.
